Rich grew up in South Florida, helping his father with his business. He began apprenticing his father at the age of 13 and has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of running a successful business. Rich and his father went on to do many projects together, from building custom homes to multi-family units throughout South Florida. Now living in Melbourne Beach, his father has retired but Rich continues with the tradition of his father's unique insight and knowledge.  Rich is a business degree graduate and holds a state residential contractor’s license. He plans to carry on the tradition that started in the family many years ago.
